NOTICE
At
the Board meeting to be held on 20th January 2005, the
Board would consider inter-alia the adoption of Un-audited
Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended
31st December 2004.
Keeping
in view the provisions of ‘JISCO Code of conduct for
Prohibition of Insider Trading’, approved by the Board
on 29th October 2002, we request you to note
that the Trading Window will be closed from 10th January,
2005 to 21st January 2005 (both days inclusive) and shall
open on 22nd January 2005.
The
Designated Employees are requested not to trade in the
shares of the Company till the Trading Window is opened.
